Buyer beware NZXT Kraken x52 and x62 series Water coolers

Now that I'm on my third replacement of this product, I've decided its time to warn others regarding these pumps.

1. These may look beautiful and they do, not doubt, but 100% the most unrealiable POS you will ever own.
2. Owners admit CAM software is collecting user data.

3. NZXT takes 30 days before responding to RMA request unless you make negative post on Reddit about them
I don't have a reddit account BTW
4. Pump control is horrible.

Please do your research before purchasing specifically look on Reddit. High failure rate and NZXT isn't requesting the failed pump in return so I don't understand how they plan to fix it

I'm boycotting NZXT until they pull their head out of there butt!

not many of us around here use AIO.

I use AIO to test components pior to building custom loop, anyone who doesn't test prior to building custom loop is
a. extremely lucky
b. doesn't really need a custom loop
