Secure Boot Questions

Ok, I have read up on it a little, I understand the basic principle behind it.... but the rest is just *insert bouncy spring sound here* https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...ement-guidance. Problem being; I don't know how to begin to set it up in Bios (Gigabyte X370K7) . I enable it, then what? All of these options and I have no idea what they mean or do.... any help would be awesome!!

Leave secure boot the way it originally was. Reset BIOS back to stock and leave the secure boot settings on default. If you're having trouble installing windows, then you can turn it off.
