Custom Social Media BB Code

So I was a little bored the other day and decide to play around with some custom BB Code for the members.
I have managed to add some custom social media BB Codes that will be allowed to be used in Signatures and Posts

First up is the Facebook BB Code

[fb=Your.Account.Name.1][/fb]

This will place an Icon of the Facebook logo and link to the page, group, user or whatever else you can set up on Facebook.

Look at your browsers address bar and copy the portion of the address you need to make this work.
The https://www.facebook.com/ is provided by the parsing of the BB Code, you need the string rest of the string after that.

Next up is YouTube BB Code

[yt=user/UserName][/yt]
 
[yt=channel/ChannelName][/yt]
 
This will place an Icon of the YouTube logo and link to the page, group, user or what ever else you can setup on YouTube.

Look at your browsers address bar and copy the portion of the address you need to make this work.
The https://www.youtube.com/ is provided by the parsing of the BB Code, you need the rest of the string after that.

Next up is Twitter BB Code
