I love my 2150RPM General Typhoons. Even the PWM version puts out a lot of static pressure at lower RPM so I can vouch they are incredible fans.
The Vardars are ok too I've had 8 so far. The bearings went on mine pretty quickly so I don't buy EK fans anymore.
Noctua make great fans but they are pricey for the black ones and they aren't any better then the general typhoons.
I have Arctic fans right now and they are the same 2000RPM as my typhoons with the same noise and same bearing noise, but they are white so that's why I bought them.
Listen any radiator fans from these brands are perfectly fine. Go with the price that suites you and the colours that you prefer over any nonsense of CFM or fanboyisms.
