Need help with a soldering/de-soldering job

Hello folks.

I have a Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X graphics card that has a damaged Inductor and a severed chip. Does anyone have a soldering or hot air work station that can help me replace the inductor and solder back the chip? I'll pay you for your time of course. I contacted about a dozen repair shops in Toronto and none of them seem to offer that sort of service.
