Assortment of 120mm Red LED fans: $10 each
140mm fan: $5
NZXT Sentry 3: $25
NZXT LX: $30
Thermaltake Commander FT Touch Screen 5 Channel: $25

Each fan controller can control 5 fans, 10 if you use splitters. Much easier than using motherboard BIOS software.
