Here we are again, 2018! Its an absolute honor to be entering again this year, Ive been looking forward to this since January!

This year, I bring something totally different to the table for you all to judge and critique.
I am modding well outside of my comfort zone working primarily with Steel and aluminum.Every cut and bend will be done by hand.
Using only hand held power tools and files, I will be modding an Enthoo Evolv ATX TG to fit dual 360x45 radiators, along side a top and front panel airflow mod.
I will be incorporating many aluminum elements such as shroud, backsplash and gpu backplate accents.

Parts list this year is a bit more extravagant than last year, as this will become my personal rig!

    Components:
Mobo - ROG Maximus Code z370
    CPU - i7 8700k Delidded/LM/Rockitcool Copper IHS
    GPU - EVGA 1080TI FTW3
    Ram - 32gb(4x8) Apacer Panther rage ddr4
PSU - Corsair AX1000w (total overkill I know)

    Storage:
    M.2 - ADATA XPG sx8200 gen3 x4 240gb
    SSD - Samsung 850 evo 500gb
    SSHD - Seagate Firecuda 2tb
HDD - Seagate Barracuda Compute 4tb

    Watercooling:
CPU - Watercool Heatkiller pro4 full nickle
GPU - EKWB Acrylic FTW3 TI
Pump - EKWB Revo D5 PWM
    Radiators - Rad 1 - XSPC 360x45 Rad 2 - EKWB PL 360
    Reservoir - Thermaltake 170mm
    Temp Sensor - Thermaltake
    Hardline Fittings - Thermaltake 16mm
Softline Fittings - EKWB 5/8 compression
    Angled Fittings - Dazmode Darkside/Bitspower/Nanoxia
    Bulkheads - Thermaltake/Nanoxia
Drain Valve - Dazmode Darkside Pushvalve system
Misc fittings - Dazmode Darkside for a vast majority of them
Tubing - Primarily Dazmode Darkside, But some Thermaltake in the mix.

Cables - Which I make myself!
Sleeving - Mainframe Customs Telios and Dazmode Darkside
Wire - 18awg that I ordered from PC Mods Canada
Connectors - Mainframe Customs and Dazmode (depends on the connector)
    Pins - Mainframe Customs
Combs - A mix of Nanoxia CoolForce up front, and Dazmode darkside in the rear.

I want to wish everyone the absolute best of luck! HAVE FUN! And thank you to all the judges who have donated their time to be here.
The sponsors who have graciously supplied such wonderful prizes.
And most importantly, Daz himself! Without that man, this amazing competition wouldnt be possible.

So I guess everyone wants some progress shots? So, I started out with a Phantek Enthoo Evolv ATX TG After watching countless upon countless of minutes of people saying the Evolv sucks to watercool...
Challenge accepted! Every mod ive seen up to date was all CNC'd airflow mods and super slim radiators just to get dual 360's inside. Well, seeing as I have dual 45mm x 360mm rads, I needed to do a bit more flipping and grinding and removing of parts. Hammering out seams, cutting stuff off completely, this was one case I really didnt like cutting up seeing as it was brand new.

Onto some hardware. Seeing as this system will be my personal daily driver, I decided to go balls to the wall and do some upgrading!
The I7 8700k will be delidded, Liquid Metal'd and Rockitcool copper IHS'd before that gorgeous heatkiller goes ontop!

So, Whats next? Hows it coming along??? WELL, I had a small mishap with a reservoir and some isopropyl alcohol... but other than that, its just been mark some holes, bend times, mark again, bend again...drill!
After countless hours of cut, check, fit, cut again, file, fix paint..... I was able to get the fans and radiators properly mounted in their new homes. I will be doing as much cable management IN THE TOP as humanly possible to keep the backside as fresh as possible(damn glass panel) Decided to slap some generic plastic "mesh" on the front rad to assist keeping shit out of the radiator fins.

Kicking ass and taking names industry style! Love the hardcore "factory" aesthetic.
