The bottom part of the Top section of the Cooling Tower is the original back cover of the heater that needed to be cut and brushed to get a nice finish:
After a clear coating, it goes where it should be:
The part that goes around the PSU come from a garden flowers pot that was cut, painted and clear coated:
The upper section is the original front cover of the heater that needed two holes for the inlet and outlet and then, a brushed finish just before layers of clear coating:

The space on top of the Cooling Tower is where 80% of the fittings are. Two of the four Pass Through are for the inlet and the outlet (the others two are for the brackets).
The in/out H shape interlink bridge need an epoxy filled male-male extender to separate each other:
The plan was to buy An ASUS 3070 EKWB or a 3080 FE with the EK Quantum waterblock but, I never got the chance to buy one at MSRP.
So, I traded this Zotac 1070 mini with a RX580 to a friend this winter. I bought a 1070 ti waterblock (the 1070 one is not available) believing it will be compatible but no, its not. Those capacitor are bigger:
I had to modify the capacitor angle on the board:
And make an angle on the bloc to give some space to the caps:
I also had to remove a small amount of acrylic around those cap holes:
