Originally I started this project with so much ferocity, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.
I wanted to be the first person(that Im aware of) to jam 2 Triple 140mm radiators into this behemoth of a case, a challenge not for the faint of heart.
What makes this difficult is the fact you physically cant place a radiator in the top of the case and expect the panels to close. You also cant put it on the standard mount, or it hits the front rad(without fans)
So I just started chopping away aimlessly till it all fit.

Now for the tricky part, allowing this beast to breathe. With both radiators being set to exhaust, I needed to figure out how to pull air through the rest of the case so it doesnt end up hotter than the pits of hell.
First things first, Internal airflow mod! Sure, I could have gutted the shroud... but wheres the challenge in that.

For my next trick, how about RGB Radiators? Another thing I have personally never seen... But I have a sneaky feeling it wont take long till others start to copy it.
This specifically required the SMALLEST possible strips I could get my hands on. With a mere 4.8mm width, and 2.2mm peak height, this allowed the strip to maintain clearance from the radiator core.
Its such a snug fit that I will be coating the sides of the core with liquid electrical tape in the event the adhesive melts, or the core expands.

Trial fitting, not the final choice.

Progress was specifically not recorded to help keep some secrecy.
But if you take a look, im sure you can figure it out.

Nice. Gotta love it when flames get involved.

Oh nice! Really happy to see you again this year!

I made a rad like that 2 and half years ago in an MP90 XSPC 240mm rad with red LED stripes.

Can't wait to see the updates

C0LLARD I remember people used to do it with cold cathodes back in the early days!
How the hell have I never seen yours before!?!?!

I don't think I shared pictures or even talk about that in the MP90 build log. So, in fact, you're the first to share that kind of innovative idea.
                  Great work with Limbo!

Nice to see another entry. Looks good so far! I also used heat (to anneal and bend some aluminum) but you beat me to to the gratuitous flame shot

                      Mesh looks really good.

Progress shots are really going down hill as I grind to the finish line.
Life keeps throwing every curveball it can at me right now, and its destroying my motivation to continue.
None the less, I push on.

I needed raw cable combs, only had colored... Oven spray to the rescue. Gave the FLT d5 the same treatment

Why... Why did I try to put twin 420 rads in this thing?
Oh yea, modder... When in doubt, cut holes in your radiator.

Why cant I ever find the perfect black? Guess I should have just mixed my own.
Screw you Krylon, you fk'd me!

Seeing the sheet metal seamer in your shot above inspired me to finally buy some cheap metal bending tools, rather than using my trusty vise and hammer for everything. Thanks!
