2021 Canadian Modding Competition - Results

Unfortunately, this looks like it will be the last year we run this competition. We couldn't get many sponsors this year and some backed out due to the lack of competitors. It was fun while it lasted.

Congratulations to Rhoadspc for the second place and Seaplan3papi  for the tirth place. Your builds are awesome.

This is a really bad new for the Canadian Modding community that will not have any other contests. I will still keep hoping for an alternative to those missing sponsors. Maybe we can figure out something different to keep it alive? Is the contest can still be there without sponsors? I can personally give some stuff to put in some kind of "prices pool" and I am sure others may do the same.

Congratulations to all of the competitors and many thanks for the enjoyment they gave us in this year’s competition. Thank you Daz for all of the work you do for us and thanks to the judges and sponsors. I’m pretty sure that the people that have battled it out in all of the CAMCs have not done it for the prizes. They have done it because they love to mod. The recognition that yours is the best is reward enough. If you have competitors and you have judges, then you can have a competition. I certainly hope that the CAMC continues on for many years

Pretty much what everyone else said. Thanks to all, it's been a blast! And I will be modding regardless. The pandemic is such a moving target, who knows what may be possible in the coming months or years. Perhaps after Death to COVID destroys all the virus! If I start now, maybe I can finish a build in time for a future competition...
