The build is coming along very nicely! looking great! I would give anything to buy/build my own house again. Maybe someday lol.
And what self respecting gamer wouldn't run Cat6 throughout a house they were building haha I would have run at least 2 lines of Cat6 to most of the rooms in case you wanna change the room around then you can plug in on the other side no problem

Thank you Dave! It's a lot of work, I can tell ya. But it's really satisfying

The exterior siding is 100% done, we will install the front stairs, concrete sidewalk from the stairs to the driveway and the railings at the end of the project. Pretty simple/grey-ish house, but we like it a lot:









Paint is started, next is the floorings. Less than 2 months to go!

3 CAT6 cables for the 2nd floor, 1 in the living room, and 3 in the basement

Going through the finishing stages: Drywalls, exterior siding, etc.







4'x12' drywall sheets are a pain in the a** to set, especially the ceiling's ones. Fortunately, some family members and friends came to help:





180x 4'x12' sheets for the entire house. 50lbs of drywall screws. Whew, that was a huge Easter weekend.

I wish Could do so many builds with that much acrylic!

Oh yeah, there's a lot of light in the basement (2 more windows in the back), we like it a lot :
