    So after my machine was updated I found Cortana chewing up CPU resources like jack the bear. 22% almost all the time.
    Did some looking around for ways to remove the crap app.
    All the old methods that used to work have been disabled.
    I found this article that actually works on build 1903

    Awesome Hooded, you are the man! The removex command didn't work for me, but the folder rename did. Never needed or wanted Cortana, or 75% of this OS actually, LOL!
