  • Phantek's Support

So I finally got sick of the front bezel mounting latches not working properly on my Enthoo Primo case.
Yesterday I took action. I sent Phantek's support an email requesting a couple new latches for my case.
They replied in less than 30 minutes. They asked me to send a copy of my invoice, I took a screen shot of from CC's website of the purchase and mail it back.
Got home today and received a reply stating that new latches have been sent. Free of charge. This is just another feather in Phanteks hat.

I had a friend buy one of my Phanteks cases a few months ago, a Mini XL, and the RGB light strip was defective. Well, truth-be-told HE broke it, but his experience was similar. He emailed them and received a new strip within 7 business days, though he broke that again too, so I cut him off from MY support hahaha.

It's nice to see a company take care of their customers. So far I've had good experiences with NZXT as well, but I have a Luxe with a messed up RGB lighting harness and borked controller which I will contact them about.

          Great stuff, Hooded.
