Just watched that video today. It's insanely expensive, but you can stuff a lot of 480s into that thing. It's kinda crazy. If only it were cheaper.

The aluminum is thicker than Case Labs and comes with lots of extra's. I would say that it's on par with a Case Labs quality. So a case labs price tag to go with it.

          really!

I only hope that Phantek see the light and put that side mount PCIe bracket into their store as a stand alone.

Yup, dat 4mm aluminum curve is sexy! This is one of the few cases that actually has more radiator overkill potential than Case Labs too. The only beef I have is price.

By the time I bought rad mounts and flex drive bay accessories, my SMA8 will end up costing almost as much and it doesn't have a tempered glass side window.
All the extra's that come with the case purchase saves you buying a butt load of accessories and extra shipping fee's.

Stop talking me into this. God help my bank account if they lower the price. Or if I get itchy after I sell my house.

this remind me, Hyundai making a $110000 car, Nahhhhh, never I will buy this, it have a lot of other better car at same price before

like Hyundai, when we think Phantek we don't think high price stuff , maybe that why $900us- $1300Cad sound really weird

but its a really great case,

I wonder if they'll do a less deluxe version? I'd really like a nice aesthetically pleasing case that I can stuff loads of rads into. I love my Case Labs, but it's a big boring black box. All the other sweet premium options don't allow for people addicted to serious rad overkill. If only Case Labs would make something pretty.

Dimitri has released his hands on review of the Elite case.

                      Excellent info as always

Can't wait to watch this when I get home! As much as I hate the price, I DO like the case itself.

EDIT: just watched the video. No PSU shroud in a case well over a grand CDN? They did a lot of things right, but that's a pretty ugly omission on something this large. I would dearly love to see Dimitri load this thing up with rads and do a custom loop video!

No PSU cover for the secondary PSU. the first one goes behind the panel and can't be seen.
I think it would be easy enough to make a secondary PSU cover though, either out of aluminum or plexi.
I'm gonna have a big ass rad in there any ways not a ITX board for a two in one system

Ahh I understand what you mean now. For some reason I missed that it was a secondary PSU I was looking at. DOH! True, I'd want a 480 down there too, and in the front, and up top.

I wasnt going to, but I felt more compelled than ever now to post my opinion on this case.

A person would have to be straight up retarded or chronically suffering from S.P.S. (SmallPenisSyndrome) to fork out $900 for this case. Just wow.

Not saying it is garbage because in my opinion, it does have some nice attributes. But the price tag is laughable at best. If it was bundled with an Intel i7-XXXX(K)(X), a four year subscription to PornHub, and a years' unlimited supply of K-Y, that would be palatable.
