Well not sure what I will call this build? Theme will be black and red I guess for an Amd build.

Parts I have so far are:

Case: 570x Corsair rgb
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI Hero x370
Ps: Evga 650 GQ
Ssd: 750 gig Crucial M300 (more to come later)
Mem: Adata 2400 XPG Ddr4 Mem

Will throw some pics up of the case and motherboard when I get a chance.

Nice. I'm pondering Ryzen too as I am using a FX CPU. That board will look nice when it's lit up inside the clear glass case

What problems are u having with your boards doa?

First board was a build for a friend, board would just boot loop, never got it to UEFI once. Got a refund on that one and build turned into an i7-7700k system. Second board made it into UEFI once, now it boot loops same as first board, this time around I have some other hardware to help narrow down the problem part. Tried the Crosshair with a 1700x and 1800x, doesn't matter, it just boot loops. Both CPU's work just fine in a Gigabyte Gaming 5. Crosshair will be returned for refund, guy I'm building the system for hasn't decided if he wants to try another Crosshair or get something else. I recommended anything else, including other Asus boards, 2 bad boards and reading about others with similar issues is enough for me.

Been using gigabyte on my last few builds wanted a change this time around. Have one Asus in my living room build thats been rock solid z97 matx. Hopefully it works out have seen others running so maybe will get lucky. This was the only one in Ontario at CC that I got last night had to drive to brampton to get it.

Thx Necro, case showed up unbroken, hopefully I don't brick this board. Case looks a little small compared to what am used to building in. Is definitely a looker and boards colours should match it nicely am thinking a blacked out theme maybe on this one.

16mm clear tubing either way am using and maybe Mayhems black again, though not sure yet. Am in no hurry on this build or even a use for it yet, maybe a machine to just play tunes on, lol.

Case looks great.

Board should be "brick free" with the latest BIOS update apparently.
