    • Cool thanks bungz and Hooded. I got to get me one of those calipers. I think I saw a nice (but cheap) one at Lowes.

Crappy Tire has a good digital set that goes on sale quite often for 17-20 bucks if you can hang on.

        • ARRRGGG.... ITS GONE PINK AGAIN!!! WTF

@Brechan... when I unscrewed the lid on the rez I was very surprised at how much the contents were under pressure. it made a fiz sound almost like opening a bottle of coke. running the loop I now see a ton of micro bubbles in the rez, lots of turbulence. turned off and opened, the result is a nice froth settles - you can sort of see in the first pic. anyway, the pressure thing is what I wonder has caused your leak. I'm going to leave the fill port on the lid half open just as a precaution.

          • After seeing the results bungwirez; I'm now wondering if EK's reservoirs have been tested for the amount of pressure that the D5's and DCP 4.0's are running at (when running at full bore), the DCP 4.0 runs the same as a D5, when adjusted to the #4 setting.

I'll probably install the 400 mm in the system (powered by the Lamptron fan controller); then turn the voltage down, so that it's running at a lower speed, maybe 1200 RPM instead of the 1800 RPM it's at now.

Can't imagine why your coolant/ tubing is turning pink once again, definitely a kick to the

            • Geez. I wonder where is all this stuff sitting. Probably radiator...

Perhaps go back to red color?? Or switch to non-transparent tube ....

                  • I think you got stuck with the female version of tubing . Red tubing works well, might want to check the microchannels in your cpu block while you have the system down.

                    • Well. now what?

I think I'll do one thing first. mix up the Mayhem Red with whatever ICD I've got leftover.
ICD is the ONLY coolant that I've used that has lived up to its promises...

                          • Stuff isn't cheap. But if bungz says it works, than that's good enough for me! No offence though, I'm going to stick to distilled water and Dazmode Protector - I have enough of both to last until the week after the sun goes super nova! LOL!

                              • Thanks. I used clear tubing for my HAF 912 rig and the "clear" tubing is all milky now (happened probably within the first month too). For my HAF 932 rig, I went with white tubing instead. When it's time to flush the 912, I think I'll go with black tubing.
