Looking nice! I really like those new Corsair fans. I've heard they come with interchangable coloured rings too. Have you had a chance to run them yet? Just curious about sound level and amount of air flow. Can't wait to see more pics.

Alright everyone; Tom Logan (Time To Live Customs or OCD3D TV) has just put out a 32 minute review of the new Corsair AF and SP fans, he was so impressed, that he's dumped the (long time favorite) Noctua fans for these. Let's have a look shall we....

I think I will stick with my Noctua's for the radiators; But they might make an appearance for case fans.

Noctua must invest in some black paint for their fans. For as good as they are (not so according to Linus' video above), I think they must be the ugliest fans available.

I think it all depends on what voltage and amount of pressure you need. Noctua NF-F12 120mm claim 2.61mm (93.3m^3/h =55 CFM) H20 static pressure @ 22.4 dB while Corsair claims 1.29mm @ 23dB (37.85 CFM) on its SP120 Quiet edition fans. So from the companies themselves the Noctua is by far the superior fan. Linus makes accusations in his video about companies claims. I semi trust both Linus and TTL, but I do think they are influenced by the companies. (look at the almost full Corsair parts and logos everywhere.)

I do think the corsair fans are really good and worth a look. They are more attractive, and they are cheaper. Defently worth a look.

Re :Linus video: Interesting how model for higher pressure has much bigger motor, just like GT, Deltas and San Aces.

TTL is sponsored by corsair so they do make a lot of appearences on his youtube, however if you follow the oc3d website there are reviews of a lot of diffrent brands, if TTL says that they are good, i would trust that review.
