    Thanks guys I haven't had much time to work on this during the week. Been real busy with real life. Cutting this damn acrylic is a real pain. I was hoping to be able to do it with a dremel but it just makes a mess. I'm stuck cutting by hand with a hacksaw. Takes forever.

      Other wise use a jigsaw, router or a table saw.

        I found Dremel vs Acrylic actually did more melting than cutting. I didn't need perfectly neat edges, so I let it slide.

          I prefer table saw the bigger pieces
          and jigsaw with plexi blade for the curves

              I'll probably go pick up a scroll saw tomorrow most of the cuts are small/thin but long so I think power tools would lead to breakage. I cut the motherboard back lighting last night so hopefully I'll get some time to pull everything and get it mounted.
