It's looking great Hooded! Can't wait to see more pics.

For the thermaltake 120 fan replacement, you may want to look at the Cooler Master SickleFlow 120. They come with red or blue LED's and non-LED versions. They are quiet for a 2000rpm fan and they move quite a bit of air. The best part is that they are only $9.99 at Canada Computers!

              Thanks Bungz

There is just over an inch between the bottom rad and the PSU. Just enough I can make the plugs and remove them.

Nice build so far but I would take the GPU out so it does not get damaged. CM fans work very well and are quiet !

The GPU will be fine there as I'm in a holding pattern as far as doing anything more until I get my next order in. I just put it into to see if I how the fittingslooked for a fit. Daz says late next week the water block will arrive until then I'm kind of just waiting.
Don't want to keep paying the shipping. Plus plenty of time to invetigate each item and make sure I don't waste anymore of my cash.
So I went to crappy tire to get me a cheap Job mate rotary tool ($15). Swung be the heat gun and Heat Gun SALE 19.99 Reg 79.99 Or I can get the job mate for 15.99 so I spend the 4 bucks and get the good one.

Now I can't spend a G-Note on cooling and cable mods, then not be able to see it all. So now planning to cut a window in the side panel, guess what I'm doing tomorrow.

great tool that JobMate. you may need to get more blades though... the "Dremel" blades are the best. the ones in the JobMare kit are very fragile.

                      Agreed.
Tthe cutting wheels from Jobmate are crap; but any dremel accessory will fit the Jobmate Rotary tool, just got myself the Dremel "EZ-Lock" attachment and some wheels specifically for cutting plastic (EZ-Lock attachment came with 5 wheels for cutting metal) . They're a bit pricier than Jobmate, but last a heck of a lot longer (and won't snap when you're trying to attach them).

AsRock Extreme6 Z97, Intel i5 4690K 16 GB Kingston HyperX DDR3, EVGA GTX 1070, ASUS Strix Raid Pro soundcard, Corsair HX850i, 256 GB Crucial MX100 SSD, 500 GB Crucial MX100 (Gaming) SSD, custom water-cooled Corsair Air 540, MSI AG32C LED monitor, Insignia 32 " LED TV, Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)

OK I'm trying this with FF now because I can now longer post with IE?
Gives internal server error. then a 404 for the error page. Sweet.

Bit of a busy day today. Went to CC and grabbed the last 3 of the Cooler Master Sickleflow 120 fans. Two were open box deals so saved 5%.
Went to use my new Job Mate rotary tool, the chuck was stripped. packed that up back to crappy tire trade it in, spend an extra 30 buck get one with flex shaft, right angle attachment, 90° guide, plus a ton more little bit better blades. Also grabbed the Dremel quick connect kit and a box of steel cutting wheels.

Get home start to play, phone call from the hall. Job in Sudbury 12hour days for a few weeks. So I'm heading to Sudbury on Tuesday. Will be back for the weekend then gone until 24th. Good thing they're pay pay paying. Better thing is when I'm done more cash to waste on this build. Haha hoho hehe.

Well so much for 12 hour days.
We go down the hole(Mine Shaft) 1400' at 6:30 am
We work in a fog bank, with a steady damp breeze, on a couple of the dirtiest fans I've ever seen.
The 14' diameter fans have 16 stainless steel blades driven by 700hp electric drives.
We are replacing the drives and changing the fan shroud casing and the bearing, refurbishing the blades.
We come out of the hole at 7:30 pm.

This job sucks large, but the money is large and clean.
                              11 days to go.

This will be my last trip to sudbury
