Radiators market overcrowded, so ppcs reluctant. I think if anybody, Bill Owen Mnptech may consider as he does not sell any.

It was the import duty or complicated red tape (imagined maybe) I was worried about. I am not used to buying gear from outside US, so am a complete newbie on that kind of stuff.
