I want to share few tips that may help you to lower your build costs. In any particular order..:
1. Add option to skip on Gentle Typhoon retail boxing and save $2 per fan.
2. Check DarkSide fittings, in many cases you cannot tell the difference from Bitspower equivalent, especially for spacers.
3. If you are not picky about everything being the same brand check discontinued fitting stock, which often listed below its original cost. True for any Enzotech, TFC and XSPC fittings.Alphacool fittings while rather crappy, in my personal opinion, are often inexpensive as well.
4. Radiators performance differences is totally Snake Oil. Choose the cheapest of any given size and thickness and you are golden.
5. Tube size makes near zero performance impact, but smaller fittings for 3/8-1/2 size usually cheaper by some cents comparing to a bigger fittings
6. There still many LED with fixed cables (not "connect" type power cable) that are on sale.
7. Closing up on TFC liquids at below cost prices.
And of cause try to plan better to minimize number of shipments and check compatibility very carefully for waterblocks..
