White fuzzy bubbles in res?

Hey Guys!

Just changed out a few fittings and added the gpu water block a week ago and now i'm noticing white fuzzy bubble crap in my res. Now after about ten min the stuff disappears. Now I'm wondering if a bottle of this sys prep would be a bad idea? Mainly wondering what this white bubble stuff is, and I also used Daz protector when I last filled

It's actually a visible scum on the water and on my filter

extract the coolant, run the cleaner, refill. enjoy.
