If I had a lathe and mill, I could probably make the damn thing... but anyways, how do you do your chamfer for petg? Any good tricks?

            HA!

I use reamer (rimmer?) for inside and dremel with sandpaper on outside. I use a sander like Bungz to get perfect length.

I understand I could use a lot of different methods to achieve the same thing, but I'm after consistency and a fail proof system. I really just need a visual of the ideal rad/chamfer on the tube end; I have never worked with hard tube before.

its a saving time tools, for sure I will use it if available here in Canada at same price in CAD or lower and if need to order other things at same time
but I will not order only this from US , with everything include , its around $80 cad at my door

for PETG and acrylic, I use the $9.99 Reamer / Deburring Tool from Dazmode.com

for acrylic just put some pressure to make a clean cut and for petg no pressure and turn fast will do a very clean cut

For petg i found that bispower cutting tool makes great cut that doesnot require much of postprocessing.
