Waterblock compatibility between LGA115x and LGA2066

I currently have an EKWB Supreme LTX CSQ which is compatible with LGA 115x and LGA 2011 (but not LGA 2011-3 nor LGA2066 according to EKWB's website).

Is there any way to make this waterblock work with the LGA2066 socket? Can I modify the hole pattern slightly to make things work?

lga 2011, 2011-3 AND 2066 are exact same , if its fit on 2011 it will fit all
