  • Feser Tubing vs. XSPC Tubing

    Hey all,

Does anyone know if there is any difference between these two types of tubes?

I'm looking for some spare tubing to keep lying around for cleaning my loop.

    Many thanks!
    Mario

You can forget about Thermochill tube as XSPC stop making it and switched to some Chinese made tube.

TFC also changed factory, new tube is more stiff but has no plastiser (at least as they claim).

So....This one Feser red uv tube is no longer the one you were selling previously? ...

(Update: Rev 2 has almost no orange hint under UV.)
        - Does the above mean if I ordered some now for my build, it will look different from my current Feser red uv tube?

Thanks Daz! My rigs are full of plastiser and they look horrible. Looks like an order for some TFC tubing is on the way!

The XSPC tube that came with the kit had already clouded within a month of usage. The XSPC tubing I bought from Daz on the other hand is still clear as the day it was attached to the loop. It fits like a glove on the compression fittings also. That's why I snagged 20ft of the uv blue No more gunky hydrx for my loop as well, the amount of gunk I had to clean from the reservoir was nuts Only Daz protector now and the uv blue tubing

Many clear tubes are opaque, not crystal clear. I even think it is better as you get some junk washed from radiator in anyway, plus water polishes (sanding if you will) inside of tubes as well, so not everything is plasticizer.
