Aquaero Power Adjust 2 ultra - D5 pump

Hey folks,

I've got a cable in my PowerAdjust 2 ultra box, it's to connect a Laing DDC pump.
Interestingly enough, my alphacool VP655 pump has the exact same plugs: 12 V molex + 3 pin header with 1 rpm wire connected.

I know its not a DDC pump, it's a D5, I checked the poweradjust2 ultra specs. It can drive a 12V pump at 25w (2A) and run boost up to 48w (4A)

According to my pump specs, it runs 12V @ 23W (1.9A). Would you think it's ok to run my pump off the poweradjust instead of powersupply / mobo?

I'd be hesitant to run it that high, I'd say you'd run a good chance of blowing the motor in the pump.

I have 3 poweradjyst 2 ultra and run 2 d5 vario
No issue to connect pump on PA if you want control speed of pump
If not, keep it on powersuply
