MSI Big Bang Xpower II. Also, They're not displaying the load. I can run Crysis 3 and it stays at 0%

Do you have multiple monitors by chance?

What happens if you remove the acer and just run the TV display

Nothing changes. I'm fairly certain it's a motherboard issue because since I've had the problem, I haven't been able to get a stable overclock. The only problem is, unlike all of you guys, this is my only computer and I can't really afford to go down for 3-4 weeks on an RMA that I doubt will solve the problem since I've talked to MSI tech and they don't know what's going on.

The only thing that I can come up with is that the cards won't throttle down when there are multiple monitors of different sizes/specs. Did you using any on the unlock tools to unlock the voltages on the cards?

Everything is running stock. I honestly don't think they're actually running at full bore, I think that that PCI slot is having problems reading the sensors on the card. Also, this issue started happening ~6 months after my PC was built, and was started off by a GPU driver crash while playing Borderlands 2.

Have you done a clean windows install since?

Okay, I just got an interesting surprise... Restarted my computer and Precision X popped up at startup (which it never does), and both cards are displaying all the proper readings and working as they should. I have no clue what happened.

Keep your fingers crossed, maybe there was an incomplete connection in a PCIE slot and the movement happened to make connection live. Not sure but glad it works !

Meh, I'm glad they suddenly decided to start working again, I still don't know why my CPU won't overclock past 4.2 though.
