  • Anybody in HVAC business here?

    It seems we have HVAC system broke in the office, which could be a major bill for us.

    Anybody in GTA is in HVAC business for honest check what we are dealing with?

      Situation sux, all the hvac guys are swamped with work atm.

        At least gas heater in warehouse is still goes well, so not totally freeze zone.

        If HVAC is loost it would cost about 10k to replace on property roof.

          After 5 days sitting in 3 layers of clothing, system start working on is own. Must be some sort of ice build up on the roof. Phew...

                  Am a plumber not a tinbasher but isn't your landloard responsible for your heating there Daz? Good to here it is sorted out, but still should be looked at to see what caused it to start with.

                    So sorry to hear about your profession "nass". Landlord in industrial mall is only responsible if it is in the lease agreement. I think fan assembly got soaked from rain and froze in place, but like you said it should be looked at soon. PS I'm a lowly master plumber.

                      ya was figuring it was base building and it's heating system, but maintenance may be leaser's responsibility as u said. Good to see another guy that crawls around on floors or on ladders
