Situation sux, all the hvac guys are swamped with work atm.

At least gas heater in warehouse is still goes well, so not totally freeze zone.
If HVAC is loost it would cost about 10k to replace on property roof.__________________________________________________

After 5 days sitting in 3 layers of clothing, system start working on is own. Must be some sort of ice build up on the roof. Phew...__________________________________________________

Am a plumber not a tinbasher but isn't your landloard responsible for your heating there Daz? Good to here it is sorted out, but still should be looked at to see what caused it to start with.Comment

So sorry to hear about your profession "nass". Landlord in industrial mall is only responsible if it is in the lease agreement. I think fan assembly got soaked from rain and froze in place, but like you said it should be looked at soon.

ya was figuring it was base building and it's heating system, but maintenance may be leaser's responsibility as u said. Good to see another guy that crawls around on floors or on ladders
