Did you mod the BIOS? Maxwell cards have decent headroom with a good bios, specially with liquid cooling.

Thanks for the info. As I recall, it wasn't scaling with voltage past a very low ceiling, and temperature wasn't the issue. It reaches the same level on the stock air cooler. I suppose I might have been able to brute force a little more out of it, but I think I just had a poor sample.

I went back and checked my notes. At +500 mem and +120 core with max power limit and +50mv, it made it through 3Dmark but with a bit of a flicker. So I increased to +60mv and still a bit of flicker. When I bumped it to +70mv it hung. Temps/PSU weren't an issue. I ended up leaving it at +115 core and +50mv.
