Was in a flea market yesterday and came across this awesome setup in one of the booths ! Six core 3960 with tri-sli 780's powered by a Corsair 1200i using 3 x 27 inch screens at full 1080. Was running Crysis 3 full out and was a sweet looking image with no signs of stutter at all. Was pretty cool and certainly didn't expect it in this market.

With triple 780s it damn well BETTER run smooth! With taxes, that's $2000 of GPUs, not including water blocks. That much power should be able to drive 6 of those displays!

Anyway i got one today. Had two dead pixels.
Returned it. Exchanged it for the last remaining one.
Get home - Plug it in - During boot...DEAD PIXEL again.
The wide angle is nice and for a battlefield experience i would've liked. But unfortunately i'll have to look for something completely different.

This should be MY facepalm of the day.

It's a nice wide screen view but looking at that resolution. You can find Korea IPS monitor 27" 2560x1440p for $350-$400. Crossover 27Q LED-P is what I have side by side my Apple Cinema Display.
