I play Mafia II mostly and Alien vs. Predator. I have BF3 but I haven't played it in a while. I think I'll start up again this weekend...

consider the "premium" pack... 50bucks for new assignments and access to the next 3 DLC packs included.
doesn't seem worth it at first, but I think it will pay off eventually.

BF2 mod A.I.X. 2.0 [for the most part]; while it doesn't sport any recent graphical improvements [2008 was the last time it was updated], I can't get enough of the "screams of death", nor the AI that will hunt you down at the drop of a hat...pretty impressive for an older game IMO.

While I've got BF3 installed, haven't played in quite some time; to be honest, I was pretty disappointed, was really looking forward to a "new and improved BF2" powered by the Frostbite 2 engine...got another "storyline" PC game instead.

This last week; I won a new game, Syndicate. I knew that if I entered enough contests, I'd win something (useful) eventually

Won it on Mass Luminosity's Facebook page

                      Sweet!
I've been playing some DayZ mod for Arma II.
It has fairly steep learning curve if you are not familiar with shooters or the Arma titles.

                      Here are a few links.
First being a gameplay video with some advanced players.
                      http://youtu.be/EZQ9V60igB0

The official website for said MOD.

Here is a map of the actual in game play space (Its huge!)

And finally if you are interested in trying it out - An installation guide.

I know that the US Army uses this (game) for their regular training; but c'mon, the original BF2 series (and subsequent mods) has better graphics, and yes, I know graphics aren't everything...but it sure helps

ARMA DayZ, is incredible fun my only gripe with it right now is i wish it was easier to find a dam map in the game. Ran around lost for hours trying to get to one of the major cities i found everything except a compass and map. Currently i'm lost in the woods god only knows where, with a whole lot of ammo, water and food.

....so you should be able to hold out long enough for me to get parts from Daz, finish my build, reinstall an OS, download Arma2:CO, install, train a little bit... then get me some DayZ zombie action.

just hang out in the woods. I'm a coming!
