  • EVGA GTX 670 2GB $300 - buy or not to buy ?

Hey I'm looking to get a new Video Card. I saw one online. It's a EVGA GTX 670 2GB seller is asking $300
    Is that a good price?

    Just look nvidia price

    Evga 670 2gb are at $390 + taxes, i really dont know
Im sell my thing cheaper, generally haf price( including taxe)
Ex: if i pay 452$ i will it $225, but its a firm price
Maybe im to cheap but i think thus card is little bit high,
Me, its only me, i prefer to pay little bit more and have all warranty and take no chance, ( if you dont know the seller)

Its me or nivida card are expensive

The 670 are at the same price as a 7970$ and more

A brand new GTX 670 @ $300 Cdn, yes, is a good deal. The cheapest price I have seen unless it's refurbished is around $350 Cdn.

            used absolutly not.

with days away from the 700 series youll be basicly buying him a new 770 with you stuck with the older card.

I am thinking about selling my PNY 670 with an EK clear copper block and backplate also. Was trying to figure out pricing as well.

Used 670's sell for 280-350 depending on model. Might let mine go for $400 shipped. Runs super cool. Will make a seperate thread for the sale here.

                Hey cafu,

Not sure if you live in Canada or not, but you may want to check out this link first: http://www.shopbot.ca/pp-evga-geforc...ce-374394.html

$300.00 for a used card is high in my opinion.

With the 700s dropping this month, I'd hold off a 6xx until then. $300 for a used 670 seems really high to me. Right now I'd be hard pressed to pay more than 250 for one.

                    just my 2 cents.

Been hearing talks about these 700s cards. Hope when they get released this price of the previously gen will drop.

It's not Evga, but @ $349 brand new it's still high since the prices will drop in a month or two when the 700 series are released.

With second hand you never know how well it's been treated. I'd never buy/sell a 670 except @ $100~$150 used or not, once the seal on the box had been broken.

Depends on the card, Non-reference Gigabyte Windforce Oc is a premium card that commands a little more than the smaller 670's.

ya, but lets be honest... we're talking GPU that you can find compatible waterblocks for... ya?

I'd prefer a slower card if full water blocks are made for than a faster card with no blocks. Seems a little backwards, but buy the block than the card.
