LOL it says: Visit our store DazMode.com!

So is this free advertising or copyright infringement?

It might be a mutual relationship, dazmode gets free advertising to a large audience, performance pc gets to improve its PR by offering reviews/tutorials.
In the end though if it is completly up to dazmode weather or not they can show his videos i think.

It's up to you Daz, you can look at this 2 ways...

1] Free advertising for not only dazmode.com store, but also for your video tutorial/ reviews [can never have enough good advertising, especially on a U.S. based PC store]

        or

2] found this little tidbit of information [when searching out "Standard YouTube License" on Google] http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/youtube/N7LaB524fkA
" The standard YouTube licence is detailed in the Terms of Service, but basically you grant YouTube to broadcast your video on YouTube. Apart from that, you retain all copyright. "

So it is up to you if you want to contact performance pc and either thank them for posting one of your videos on their website, or bitch at them for not asking your permission first [before posting the video]

I would look at it as free adverts.
And more hits for the channel.
Its not like they've hacked your vid by putting a PerfPC logo overtop of it and calling it their own.

You should at very least get them to send you their T-Shirt.

Hopefully if other Canadians are browsing their site and see Daz's video they will buy from him instead of the American site. I wish they had posted Daz's video when I was ordering from them! I would have placed my order through dazmode.com instead! Stupid me, I ordered from them and had to pay addtional duties when it arrived! Thankfully I've learned my lesson and now I order from dazmode exclusively. When time and money allow I plan to water cool my other pc and everything will be ordered through dazmode.com.
