    Hey guys, can't seems to find a GPU Block in-stock for this 7950, Will the 7970 one fit?

            Cafu: if you're getting wet (snicker) for the first time, this site will help immensely for searching for GPU water blocks: http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/

            According to that site, your part number isn't listed though. The 2DHGV4 is listed, but not the 2DHGV5. But you could still fill in a form to have the compatibility checked with EK. Even though it's an EK site, it's a good site for finding out whether your 7950 is a reference design or not. The V5 might be a bit *too* new for their database though.

                Actually V5 is not listed, but as both DH and DHV4 listed as only for 7950 block, I pretty confident that 7970 will not fit.

                  Cafu, the only way to see for sure is to show a pic of the board so I can compare it to a reference 7950, it is definately not a 7970 board though. And yes it means you would have to take off the fan and heatsink assembly. Please save everything and note where they went.
