Sorry to hear about your leak. I PM'd my build about four months ago, no leaks which is good. I initially had a leak from the big tube res from bitspower as well when i first assembled and filled. I put a little lube on the threading and the o-ring and it has been alright ever since. I was worried about over tightening because i didn't want to crack the acrylilc.
