Cool but you need an RGB light on your res as well.
Man I was thinking exact same thing when testing the lighting hooded. great minds think alike. Now I remember necro using one of thos 5mm diodes that are intended to light up the res but he said the effect didn't really come thru like he hoped.
If anyone have a suggestion, besides lining it with a LED strip which I think will not look good at all, Im all ears. Gonna Search thru Daz store sure Ill find something there.
Yeah those little 5mm LED's, even 2 of them did not light up the res at all, just the clear plugs they were in.
For the P5, I saw Singularity computers put a strip next to the radiator and he made a little 'L' shaped piece of aluminum so that you wouldn't see the direct light from the strip. Look up his P5 build and you will find it, probably near the end of the build IIRC. Can't look it up now cause youtube doesn't work at work, lol.

Alright man. Ill look it up man. thanks for the tip. You got your first TT project planned out yet?
I can confirm the crappiness of 5mm LEDs. I had four of em in my Aqualis tube, and they barely lit it up at all. I've tried the old XSPC ones, as well as Daz ones, and they're all way too dim to light up reservoirs properly. Dome head LEDs don't seem to cast light very far.

Yeah buddy! Just waiting on the TT parts and some stuff off of amazon for the build and then I'm ready to go.
Oh, and a big order from Daz, of course.
Awesome man. cant wait to see what you do with that G3 case. Havent seen too many mods in it yet. besides Suchauo's Butterfly mod. Or his girlfriends mod I should say, since I read that she was the one that designed the project.
Hey guys just got in peripherals to go with the project from TTesports. Wanna say thanks to TTesports for supporting the project. Think these will be the cherry on top this build.
Well guys gotta project approved a couple days ago for a P5. Yes I know doing a P5 is like beating a dead horse there are so many out there but I think I have a fairly unique idea for this. So far all I have is the sketchup plan. I will be using the RGB fittings again this time for a proper project. RGB is LIFE!!! hee hee well at least in 2017. Now Im a complete noob using sketchup so be ez on my design lol. Its just rough. In the middle is where I will be putting the prob 8 led controllers that will be controlling not only the fittings but all the strips to light the RGB effects as well.
I have the Core P5 case with a similar run of the Rigid Tubing along the top tube like yours and the flow meter...... Your run is a little longer than mine, FYI you may want to either put your flow meter in a shorter Horizontal run, or try it vertical, there is a bit of weight to it and I find that the horizontal tube tends to sag a slight bit, I haven't had time to make a bracket to hold it!
Looking sweet! Did you paint those fans on there white?
Also shroud is looking great, can't believe you printed that! Is it painted? looks very smooth.
ya man painted the fan blades. the shroud was a lot of work to get it to look like that. and even if look real close can still see some small imperfections. But lots of puddy, primer and sanding. But then did a base colour and a clear and polished. the black is vinyl.
