X1 will kill dye as well.

I'm not sure I understand what you guys are saying. So the premixed coloured x1 has dead dye in it? If I were to buy x1 clear and add mayhems dye it wouldn't work? Why do they recommend this on their website? I've never heard a bad review of x1 before so not really sure what to do. I did just order daz protector as a mayhems x1 substitute. Will be draining a bit from my loop and adding it in.

All Mayhems dye are compatible with Mayhems X-1 as stated on their web site.

Better test for couple days. If pigment is synthetic it will hold, if organic it will bleach.

Ive been running Distilled + Mayhem UV Clear + Dazmode Protect without problems if that helps any.
