I'm not listing rads, because I got them with longer screws than they should have. Although screw won't damage pipe, going half way into fins does not sounds right either.

My upcoming project will need a couple 240's

Screws supposed to be shipped yesterday, but I also looking locally. Rad is so tiny there is juts a 1mm to the fins, so usual screws do not work.

Will have to use a small washer with a 30mm long screw for the 25mm fans. Will be a difficulty if using a gasket on it as well, 3-4 mm thick gasket might work well with the 30mm though. Will look for some oddball sizes. Is it 6/32 or 3mm ?

6/32 and the best about 27mm

I understand G. Even if they were silver it would have been fine. I just wanted to know

Sorry, I meant that it will be a hard one to find in a colour. 27mm long is a brutally rare item. They jump 2 or 3 mm in size until you get to the 25mm length, then 25mm increments. But I have some more searching to do, have looked through military supply lists and a few of the others. Looking again tomorrow, Good Night All.
