No need, complicated enough already getting this stuff. These are great because they are thinner than the Alphacool ST30s and don't have the slightly larger end tank on the non-fittings side, and the DarkSide rads use 6-32 screws, not wimpy M3 easy-to-strip crap screws.

Hey guys. Need your input.
Factory put good deal of paint on those rads and I feel that it would be good practice to pre-tap threads before installation.
Would this warning make a clear sense?

How about pre-install screws once to clear the threads of excess paint to ensure an easier installation.
