Each radiator should come with two sets of screws. One that fits perfectly and the other set with a label saying: "Don't use stupid, you will puncture rad".

Got confirmation from factory that mold is 17FPI.

The problem I see with customer tapping thread, is they need a bottom tap, to properly clean the thread. A first or second cut tap would have to go to deep and damage the rads fins.

True. May be we can do that in the store, the only danger of that of some paranoid customers will claim we sell used radiators.

Add to the Note stating that the all screw threads were re-tapped due to an excessive of painting at factory.

Now that the new rads are in stock, when will the Flex kits start including them as an option? Been impatiently waiting for the new rads before buying the kit :p

Will the excess paint act to trap heat or is the paint a reasonably enough efficient heat conducter to make the issue meaningless. I'm assuming the radiator fins were also over coated.

It's the paint on the body of rad not the fins. Usually the fins go un-painted but get oxidized

I think Daz should make his own Watercooling kits. Rad + CPU Block + bay pump/res combo + tubing + fittings. Put them all in one box and sell them as a whole. There are a few combinations I can think of that would make for a pretty good starting solution.
