I've been seeing and hearing about a lot of issues with the flex tubing, with this issue happening a lot. Picked up some black flex tubing from XSPC just to make this loop easy, but since I've seen the gunking first hand I've been regretting it since. Not looking to pulling this loop apart and seeing what's happening at this point. It's only been in operation for 6 months, so hopefully not too bad.

If I just switch out to using the Ice Dragon NanoFluid, rinsing everything out completely first since I'm using distilled + dazmode protector. Do you guys think the Ice Dragon NanoFluid might help extend the life of the loop?

possibly. but really the life extension comes with making the up step to acrylic tube.
