Little disappointed that the red pcie cables are 6+2, be nice to see company's realize that we want 6 pin and 8 without the 2 hangers if used as a six pin, this is 2016 I believe right ?

I will be using extensions but for those that are not idea...

      Otherwise she looks sweet

I'm using a 520W fanless PSU for a 6700K and a 1080. More than enough. Overclocked, and under heavy load, it uses less than 300W.

make a replacement cable for 6 pin only. That what I did with my corsair.

Sorry to hijack this a bit but so does mine. Do you have the six pin on a different rail?

Ya so you have 2 hanging off the side ?
6 pin I use on my sound card, 1080 only has a 8 pin, so is no single 6 pin or 8 pin cables is what am getting at, also if you have a 6 and 8 pin like my older 780's you still end up with a double hanger left over idea.

Ya cyclops for sure is overkill only needed a 600 watt the configurer on evga was saying quess I was after headroom. Wife pays the Hydro also.

That is something that I wish corsair would have done. Instead of 6+2 a couple 6 only plugs would have been nice. GPU's are 8+8 so not an issue but the sound card is a 6 pin so 2 are handing there.

Ya not so good with modding my cable's Daz, will be doing good to change the cables one for one to do a dual coloured atx 8 and 6 pin

ya guys mentioned that before was worried would toast something doing that though either way in my case (smh10) almost need the extensions that are 6 pin and 8 pin so no hangers or nubs left idea.

No but in the back of my case will have the hangers using a 6+2 to do a 6 pin cable on an extension, this power supply is a single rail design.
