3/8 ID 5/8 OD tubing, 7/16 ID 5/8 OD XSPC compression fitting

Can these two be made to work together? I need two 3/8 ID 5/8 OD XSPC Black Chrome compression fittings, and neither NCIX nor Daz have them. I was going to pick up a couple along with some other stuff that Daz doesn't have from PPCs, but now they are out of stock as well. However they have the 7/16 ID 5/8 OD version. Maybe with some dish soap + brute force and ignorance?

I highly doubt these will work with the same tube.

I'll go with a couple of simple 3/8 barbs for now, putting them where they can't be seen to free up a couple of the XSPC Black Chrome fittings. I'm using them to add a 140 rad to Archon. Thanks Hooded.
