  • Thermal Grizzly

    Hi Guys,

Thermal Grizzly guys asking em to list their thermal paste. I generally dont sell much of thermal materials, but before I reply.

I wonder if anybody uses or saw on forums anything about this product.

I can't say I've ever heard of them. But I'm not really up on the lastest Thermal pastes.

Not sure if you've seen this or not.

This is one slow moving video.
In short the paste is not for every day computers but rather for extreme overclocking. The paste doesn't really preform well at lower temps. But extremely well at higher temps.

I've heard of it before because on other forums people think its the best thing ever since it sits at the top of a chart. I don't base my purchases on single charts and I'm glad since I hadn't seen that review, but a lot of people look at this chart and think it must be the best.

won't be using it as it's only a degree better than my personal fav, Arctic Silver MX-4.

edit: looks like thermal grizzly has another paste on the list, maybe thats the everyday one?

I saw that chart as well. I think at that point though you might as well just get liquid ultra.

Seems that way. The only time I have ever had a notable difference in temps between thermal materials though was when I made the switch to liquid ultra. Any difference between regular paste has always been negligible for me.

Never tried that stuff, I'm assuming it's fairly similar in make up to liquid ultra.

Speaking of Gelid I know they include a little spatula spreader thing with their paste, but I've never actually used it. Has anyone here bothered spreading Gelid Extreme..? I know I always just use a little blob and wind up with good results, but I am kind of curious to see if it would make a noticeable difference.
