CPU upgrade to keep my x79 system around longer...worth it?
I thought so, but I'd heard that there was *one* xeon that was OC-able. Damn, you can build a dualy multi-core monster for not much $$$ with these things.
The top Overclockable 2011 Xeon is the E5 1680 V2. Ivy bridge chip with 8 cores 16 threads.
