    I have 13 fans Thermaltake http://www.thermaltake.com/products-...?id=C_00002638 how to connect, regulate the voltage that did not go to 100%

          The fans come with a 7v reducer. You'd need to use that, or get a fan controller as Cyclops suggested. These aren't PWM fans, they are only 3 pin, so your choices are limited.

            If you look at the fans spec, they require min 9V power to start and max out at 12V, so your not going to have a lot of play for you fan speed anyway you slice it.

              Maybe you should go with the fan hubs, half of your fans to one hub, half to another and 2 leads back to your motherboard cpu headers, they usually have 2 nowadays. Then you control the speed from the motherboard via bios or in the manu software in windows.

              Alphacool makes a few 8 fan one's idea.
