I also like #4 the best, but I wouldn't use chiller front for "Forum" and rather move angled writing to the right a little, otherwise everything is too cramped together from my point of view.
I may even drop orange case altogether to get more breathing space.

Hey Daz, I can confirm that on the checkout process, but I was referring to the forum login process. It's certainly not necessary, but as a web-designer I thought I'd just bring it up.
