For those of us in Ontario, I find that if I place my order in the morning (between 7:00am - 8:00am) the order is processed and shipped that day. Then it's Christmas the very next day!

Re shipping: We usually ship same day, except Mondays when pile of orders accumulates from Fri night and it is impossible to get them all done. Daily pick up takes place between 2 and 3, so past 1:30 you have zero chance to get order shipped the same day.
Officially we have 48h processing time to cut off people who will whine and complain if they see the reason to do so. Sometime we use it when outside meetings take precedence in the morning or somebody simply get sick.
Another good idea is always to have phone number on the order or have instant access to e-mail, so problems with stock availability or obvious errors can be addressed quickly.__________________________________________________
