If he sends it by envelope it can possibly rip open or get damaged, small envelope cost's 1.50 to 2.40 plus the minimum charge for a tracked item you are then looking at a 8 dollar minimum. You have to realize that he is running a business and has to spend his time and gas to get these things to you, I run a small business and am constantly p-off by people that think I should pick up material on my own time ! My time is precious and could do something more constructive with it if I didn't have to run around for other people. LOL
