  • Fillport plug to 1/4G plug adapter?

Hi guy's, I just took the plunge in the water cooling world after looking around for a long time.
    Here's my issue.
I assumed that this plug temp sensor, would screw in and replace the fill plug for my bay reservoir.

Is there an adapter I can get to screw in the fill port in order to screw my temp sensor on the reservoir?
    like this one.

    https://www.dazmode.com/store/produc...o_g1_4_female/

It looks like the right size to screw in the res and the inside looks like the right size for my plug sensor.

    OR

Simply forget about the reservoir hook up and get a T fitting block with proper barbs and add it to the loop at the rad output for a cooler temp spec.

So far I simply opened the box, inspected the parts and flush my rad/CPU block with warm demineralized water.
Still waiting for my GPU block to start assembling.I just can't wait lol!

    Thank you

You should not need any adapters.

You simply screw the temp sensor in a spare port.

Can you tell us what brand or model is your bay reservoir?

You may need an adapter if your using an XSPC bay mount res and you wish to put the sensor in the top of it.
      M20 to G¼

But other wise I would say no adapter is required.
We need to know what res your trying to use this with to give more specific help.

It's a Darkside (XSPC) dual bay res with D5 strong pump.
I thought there was an extra port in the back like it shows on XSPC's web site.

Thanks Hooded, that's the adapter I need.

I did my homework before buying (Darkside triple rad kit) but assuming is the worst thing to do.
Awesome customer service and all the parts needed here at DazMode + delivery was fast.

I guess I'll order the plug when it's back in stock and 3mmLED's for my XSPC VGA block.
Stupid me, I should of upgraded the fans to Gentle Typhoon for 30$

        Thanks again guy's.
